This page says what we collect when you use groundmounts.com, call us or text us, what we do with it, and how to make us stop.
When you use the design tool, we collect what you type in: your name, email, phone number, property address, answers about your land and power use, and a power bill if you choose to upload one.
When you call or text our number, we keep your phone number, what you tell us, and a record of the conversation.
Calls may be recorded and transcribed.
If you sign up in the footer, we keep your email address.
We use the Meta Pixel to see which pages people visit and how far they get in the design tool, so we know which ads work.
It sets cookies in your browser.
If the first three questions show a ground mount will not work for you, we set one cookie that expires in thirty minutes.
We also read the tracking tags on the link you arrived from, such as which ad you clicked.
The map in our website footer comes from Google Maps, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads.
We use it to give you a price, to answer your questions, to schedule a call or a site visit, to send the texts and emails you asked for, and to work out which of our ads are worth paying for.
We use outside services to run the website, the design tool, our phone and text line, our email, and our records.
They get what they need to do that job and nothing else.
Meta receives the page visit and design tool events described above.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We will share information if the law requires it.
We text you only after you agree to it: on a call with us, by ticking the text box on our design tool, or by texting us first.
When you tick the box, we keep the words you agreed to, the number and the time.

We keep your information while we are working with you and for as long as we need it for our records, then delete it.
Email us to see what we have on you, fix it, or delete it.
Reply STOP to any text and we stop texting.
Reply to any email from us and ask us to stop, and we will.
This site is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If we change this page, we change the date at the top.
